Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp coriander
1/2 cup raisins (golden or dark)
1/2 cup chopped apricots
Olive oil
Skinless chicken breasts - cut into chunks or strips
1 small onion, cut into strips
1 can chicken broth

Let's Make It

Mix all ingredients except the chicken, onions chicken broth.

In a large frying pan with a little of olive oil, add the cut stripped onions, saute for a few minutes.

Then add chicken, brown for a few then add the mixed ingredients to the chicken. Let all the spices work in, then mix gently for spices to cook thoroughly.

Then finally add the chicken broth to blend in the flavors. Cover & cook for 5 min. Serve with rice or noodles.
