1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 can chopped chilies
Salt and pepper to taste

In a big pot, turn heat to medium low. Melt butter and cream cheese until melted and mixed together.

Then add corn and chilies. Stir until well blended.

Turn heat to medium high. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, and serve.
