Put flour in one bowl and eggs in a different bowl. In the egg batter, put the salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Dip chicken into egg batter then into flour batter.
Put into oil heated to 375 degrees F. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Drain onto a plate with paper towel.
