6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 jar marinara spaghetti sauce
1 medium container low fat cottage cheese
1 package (two cup) pre-shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
Pinch of basil
Pinch of oregano

In a 9 by 13 pan lay down three noodles uncooked. Cover with 1/2 the sauce, all the cottage cheese, and 1/2 the mozzarella.

Lay down three more noodles. Cover with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Sprinkle basil and oregano over top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for remaining 10 minutes or until cheese has just begun to brown.
