Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 an angel food cake
1 package sugar free chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
Milk
1 container (8 oz.) fat free whipped topping, divided
2 tsp fat free powdered Irish cream coffee creamer
Sprinkle of powdered cocoa or chocolate milk powder

Tear angel food cake into large chunks. Lay 1/2 of the cake into the bottom of a clear glass bowl.

Make pudding using 1/3 cup LESS milk than called for on the box. Mix 1/2 cup of whipped topping into the pudding using a hand mixer. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over cake. Top with remainder of cake. Top with remainder of pudding.

In separate bowl, mix creamer and remaining topping using a hand mixer until shinny and smooth. The whisk attachment works best for this. Using the back of a spoon or a flexible spatula smooth mixture over pudding. Garnish with a sprinkling of powdered cocoa or chocolate milk powder. Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to ensure pudding sets up.
