Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir eggs until mixed and add milk. Pound chicken breast until thin, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Then fold your cheese into fourths and put it in the middle of the chicken, and roll chicken up real tight (like a burrito.) Use 2 toothpicks to hold chicken together. Then dip into egg/milk mixture, then into bread crumbs (coat real well).
Heat up pan with oil, add just enough to cover the pan about a 1/4", and brown both sides of each chicken roll. Be careful so you don't have your heat too high.
Then place onto a cookie sheet and cook for 30-40 minutes.
