4 cardamoms
4 whole cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
2 cups water
4 tsp orange pekoe tea (3 teabags)
1/2 cup sugar (may be served in a bowl later)
1 cup fresh milk (optional)

Put cardamom (removed from pod), cloves, and cinnamon stick in a pot on the stove. Add water and tea, stirring occasionally. Let the mixture heat until it boils.

Add sugar, continuing to stir. Finally, add milk. The tea will be a very light tan color when finished (due to the milk).

Strain and serve in mugs.
