In electric skillet, add oil. Roll steak pieces in flour and salt. Brown on both sides in skillet. Remove steak and set aside. Do not remove oil, unless you have a lot leftover (this seasons it).
Pour in 2 cups water, onion & tomato soup (mixing well). Add steak.
Simmer on low about 1 hr, or until meat is tender.
