Beat frozen concentrate in large bowl, about 30 seconds. Blend in softened ice cream. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
Spoon into pie crust and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature prior to serving. Store in freezer.
