Slice chicken breast into strips, season with seasoning pack from soup, and add black pepper. Cook over medium heat until strips are done.
Add frozen broccoli and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
While this is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions in microwave for 3 minutes. When done, drain water and add to chicken mixture. Add soy sauce and cook another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
