8 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped or coarsely grated, OR 12 oz. chocolate chips (optional)

Let's Make It
In a large bowl, use wooden spoon to combine peanut butter and eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts, if desired, and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Dip a fork into 2 tablespoons sugar (may require a little more sugar). Flatten cookie with fork making a criss-cross design.
Bake 8-10* minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool on a wire rack. Store in airtight container or zippered bag.
