Put entire bag of frozen chicken breasts (with or without bones) into a large pot. Pour in chicken broth. Heat on high heat until just before liquid boils. Turn down heat and simmer on very low heat until chicken is cooked, approx. 1 hour.
When liquid is cool, remove chicken, strain broth and refrigerate. Remove fat, bones & skin from cooled chicken breasts since it's much easier after it's cooked than before it was cooked.
Chop chicken into strips or chunks, place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and flash freeze for 30-60 minutes. Put into resealable bag and stir into rice, noodles, cooked vegetables with teriyaki sauce or any of your favorite chicken meals.
Use broth for chicken soup and make it lower in fat by removing solidified fat after it has been in the refrigerator overnight.
