Sugar Free Fruit Pie

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 small box vanilla flavor sugar free cook and serve pudding
1 small box Jell-O Any Flavor Fruit Gelatin
1 1/2 cups water or fruit juice
2 cups canned or fresh fruit
1 graham cracker crust
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip (optional)

In a sauce pan put the pudding, Jell-O Gelatin and the water or fruit juice. Mix well. Stir continuously until thick or boiling. Then cut the fruit up and add to the pan, mix.

Then pour it into the graham cracker crust. Put in the refrigerator until jelled.

Then you can put the Cool Whip on top or when you get out slices of pie.
