2 egg whites (3 medium whites)
Dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/3 cups (3.5 oz. can) flaked coconut

Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake in slow oven (325º F) for about 20 minutes. Check after baking 10 and 15 minutes. They have a tendency to burn easily.
