Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground turkey
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 box Stove Top Stuffing For Turkey
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups celery, sliced
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced black olives or 4 oz. can sliced black olives

Combine meats & stuffing mix then add other ingredients.

Shape into loaf in a greased 13"x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours. Baste with butter after first hour.

when done, remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
