Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute steak, onion and garlic. Remove garlic if in clove form.
Stir in soup, water, sour cream, paprika and salt/pepper. Cover.
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until steak is tender, stirring frequently. Serve over your favorite pasta.
