1 can nacho cheese condensed soup (cheddar cheese soup works as well)
1/2 soup can milk
1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
1 bag nacho cheese chips
2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 can refried beans
1 small can sliced black olives

Either boil or pan fry chicken until done, cut into bite sized pieces, set aside.
In a 2 qt. saucepan, combine soup, 1/2 soup can of milk, and tomatoes. Heat on low until bubbly.
Crush the chips into bite size pieces, the easiest way to do this is to open the bag and then smash them with your hands.
Pour the crushed chips into a 9x13 baking dish, stir in soup mixture and chicken. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
