In a pot, melt together: sugar, butter or margarine, milk and vanilla extract. Boil on medium-low heat for four minutes. Remove from heat.
Then add: oatmeal, coconut, and cocoa. Mix well.
Quickly drop by tablespoon onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Let cool and eat!
