Let's Make It
Put tomatoes and jalapeno in a saucepan with two inches of water. Heat until boiling. Cover and boil for 10 minutes (don't let the water evaporate).
Drain the water and peel the tomatoes. Cut the stem off of the jalapeno.
Drop jalapeno (seeds and all for hot) and garlic clove in food processor. Chop fine, and add tomatoes and chop. Add salt, and stir. Mmmmm
