Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken (4 nice boneless chicken breasts)
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
3 cups Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

Grease or spray with PAM a 2 qt (8x8) casserole dish. In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pour into bottom of dish.

In small bowl, combine soup and milk- pour over chicken mixture.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine stuffing mix, water and melted margarine or butter. Spoon over mixture in dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes -- longer if it has been refrigerated.
