8 slices Velveeta Cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
1 can (6 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup Minute White Rice
1 soup can water
1 can (8 oz.) French fried onion rings

Let's Make It
Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread broccoli over bottom of pan. Spread chicken over broccoli. Lay cheese slices over all the chicken.
Mix soup, dressing, water chestnuts, rice, and water together, spread evenly over the cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and add crumbled onion rings. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Allow to set just a few minutes before serving.
