2 cups cooked chicken (white and/or dark meat), cut into bite size pieces
1 cup dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix Chicken Flavor
8 slices Velveeta Cheese (1/4-inch thick)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
3 cups cooked Minute Rice

Let's Make It
In a mixing bowl, add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. Add chicken and mix to coat evenly.
Spread chicken mixture in bottom of 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over chicken. Lay out cheese evenly over chicken and stuffing.
In same mixing bowl, add soup and cans of water and mix well with a whisk until mixture is fairly smooth. Pour evenly over chicken mixture ensuring all cheese and stuffing is covered.
Bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve the chicken mixture over cooked rice along with your favorite vegetable.
