2 cups flour
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp paprika

Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Set aside. Mix together dry ingredients

Dip chicken in liquid--roll into flour mixture--Repeat for thick crunchy crust.

Heat oil to 325 degrees F in deep fryer. Cook until chicken floats, then for additional 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Do not cover while hot, as the steam will soften the crust.
