Place chicken breasts in a fairly deep backing pan (A lasagna sized pan will do).
Mix sour cream, mushrooms, soup, wine, and spice together, and fold well. Pour entire mixture over chicken breasts, covering them well.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 1 and 1/2 hours. 15 minutes prior to cooking completing, remove foil and cook for last 15 minutes, uncovered.
