1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, thawed for easy spreading, but not runny
1 can smoked oysters
Snipped parsley to taste

Let's Make It
On a sheet of aluminum foil, spread cream cheese to make a 6 by 9 inch square. Spread smoked oyster on top, leaving 1 inch free of oysters on all edges. With the help of the foil, roll cheese and oyster together firmly to create a kind of sausage leaving all oysters inside.
On a separate plate sprinkle the parsley. Place finished roll on the parsley and roll to coat with the parsley. Return roll to aluminum foil. Cover the roll tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. You can even leave overnight. Serve on a platter with crackers or mini toasts surrounding the roll.
