Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 brick Kraft Cheese (any kind)
1 Tbsp oil
1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 potatoes, cut into cubes
2 cups water
1 can green beans (or frozen)
1 can whole corn (or frozen)
1 cup Minute Rice (add more if you like)
1 can crushed or diced tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice cheese or grate and set aside.

In a large pot heat oil, then add chicken and cook until it turns white. Add potatoes and cook until tender.

Then add water, green beans, corn, rice and can of diced or crushed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until corn, green beans and potatoes are all tender and rice is soft. Add cheese and stir until melted.
