Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 medium chicken breasts, diced up
4 slices Kraft Provolone Cheese
4 big hamburger buns or mini submarine buns
Banana peppers (optional)
Miracle Whip

Sautee bell pepper, onion & mushrooms in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add chicken breast and saute for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Place buns on cookie sheet, with each bun facing up. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bun. Heat in oven at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.

In the meantime, add banana peppers to chicken mixture and saute for another 5 minutes. When buns are done, spread Miracle Whip on each slice and top with chicken mixture. Place on plate and serve!
