Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange broccoli in baking dish. Layer chicken over broccoli.
Mix soup & mayo in small bowl. Spread soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
