Chinese Fried Rice

Original recipe yields 1 serving
White Rice (or Minute Rice)
1 stick margarine
1 onion, chopped
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups soy sauce

Prepare Minute Rice per instructions.

While you do that, in a large frying pan put butter with chopped up onion, slowly simmer margarine and onions in pan.

While on the side, crack all eight eggs and beat till fluffy. After the onions are done in the simmering butter, add the egg to the frying pan and fry like you are making scrambled eggs, just make them a little brown not too much though.

After the eggs are done, add the Minute Rice to the frying pan. Then put the soy sauce in the rice and mix well until the rice is no longer white. After your done mixing, serve and enjoy!:)
