Mix cheesecake with 1 large egg, 1/4 cup water, mix together. Put in fridge to chill 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix muffin mix: use other two large eggs and rest of water, beat until thick.
USE MUFFIN PAPERS (they are very needed). Fill muffin papers less than half way with chocolate mix. Put a Tbsp. amount cheesecake in the middle, put enough muffin mix on top to cover cheesecake.
Bake at 325 degrees F for about 17 to 22 minutes.
