Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup very dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup dry grated parmesan cheese (freshly grated cheese won't work)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup butter, melted
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degreese F. Bake chicken in a shallow pan or on a rimmed cookie sheet for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
