Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup syrup; add syrup to gelatin.
Gradually add gelatin to salad dressing, mixing until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a five cup mold; chill until firm. Unmold; surround with endive. Serve with additional dressing.
