3 pkg albacore tuna
2 kosher dill pickles, diced
Tbsp 1 or 2 Kosher dill pickle juice
stalk 3 or 4 s celery, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 heaping Tbsp. regular mustard
3 heaping Tbsp. regular mayonnaise

Empty packs of tuna into a tupperware dish and stir to break up the tuna.

Then add pickles and pickle juice. Stir in celery and pecans.

Add mustard one spoonful at a time until it evenly covers, and do the same with the mayonnaise. Serve on bread or wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
