Original recipe yields 1 serving
6-8 slices bacon
1 deep dish pie shell
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
Pinch of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry bacon till crispy and crumble into unbaked pie shell. Mix shredded cheeses together and place on top of bacon.

Break eggs into bowl and lightly whisk adding cream and pinch of nutmeg. Slowly pour over cheese giving it time to "seep" into cheese.

Bake about 40 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing. So easy. Enjoy!
