Mix sugar, corn syrup, and water in a sauce pan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil without stirring until temperature reaches 310 degrees F. Remove from heat.
Stir in flavoring oil and coloring. Pour onto foiled 18x24 inch pan.
Cool, break into pieces and roll in powdered sugar.
