Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup plain flour
1 stick margarine, room temp.
1 cup chopped peacans
1 large cup Cool Whip (9 or 10 oz.), divided
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup white powered sugar, sifted
1 box (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 box (3 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups can cream (for creamer texture)

Bottom of dish: Grease bottom of baking dish with butter (9 by 13 dish).

Mix - flour, margarine and pecans. Mix well and line baking dish (pressing firmly). Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 1 hour.

Next, mix 1/2 of Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar, mixing well. Then spread over cool crust.

Mix both puddings and add cream. Beat with mixer until slightly thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture, top with balance of Cool Whip. Then let cool in refrigerate.
