1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 pocket pita

Cut pocket pita all the way from the center hole and stuff onion evenly.

Heat the griddle on high. Brush oil on both sides of pita and grill it on both the sides until crispy or 2 minutes on each side.
