Combine the first 5 ingredients. Mix, then add flour and remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Flour working surface. Use 1/3 of dough, roll out 1/4 inch. Keep the rest of dough refrigerated. Cut out with floured cookie cutters of your desire. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 5-9 minutes or until edges are light brown. Frost when cool. Can use white can frosting.
