Original recipe yields 1 serving
Dough:
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Filling:
16- oz can smoked salmon*
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp minced parsley
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp grated onion
2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
Pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 can cream of celery soup, mixed with 3/4 can water, heated

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix salad oil with cold milk and add grated cheese. Add to flour mixture all at once. Stir until mixture clears sides of bowl.

Place dough between two sheets of 10x12" waxed paper and roll until dough reaches edges. Peel off top layer of waxed paper.

Mix filling ingredients thoroughly and spread on dough. Using bottom layer of waxed paper, roll like a jelly roll sealing edge and ends. Place on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. When serving, use cream of celery soup as sauce.
