Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large frying pan, add oil and chicken. Fry until no longer pink.
Add onion, corn, cumin and chili powder to taste. Fry together. Add salsa and mix well.
In 8 inch casserole dish, pour 1 teaspoon of oil in bottom. Cut tortillas in half and layer tortillas, cheese, and chicken mixture until pan is full (saving enough cheese to cover top).
Bake 15 minutes or until tortillas are heated and cheese is melted.
