Let's Make It
Boil chicken for 20-30 minutes (can be frozen) or until done. Make stuffing as directed. Cut chicken into small chunks. Rinse and cut peppers in half long ways.
Mix stuffing and chicken breast. Stuff into green peppers (open faced).
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes (depends on your liking to softness of peppers) on 400°F.
Heat gravy, and pour gravy over finished stuffed peppers and enjoy.
