6 strips bacon (I use ready to serve fully cooked bacon)
4 Idaho potatoes
1/4 cup softened (not melted) butter
1/2 packet Kraft Ranch dressing mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Sour cream (if desired)

Let's Make It
Cook bacon and set aside. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Place on microwaveable plate and cook in microwave for 20 minutes (or according to microwave).
Mix butter and Kraft Ranch dressing mix. Crumble bacon.
After potatoes are fully cooked in microwave, transfer to ungreased cookie sheet. Top with butter mix, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
Place in oven until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream or other favorite toppings (if desired) and enjoy!
