Cut a pocket in the pork chops, along the side as deep as you can get, set aside (in fridge). Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Take out chops, stuff each one and seal edge with one or two toothpicks, stuffing will puff out some.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees F in a pan with sides.
