Original recipe yields 1 serving
16 oz cooked broccoli
Leftover turkey (or chicken)
16 oz mushrooms (fresh or canned)
16 oz frozen English peas
16 oz canned water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom OR cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/4 tsp curry
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups crushed butter crackers or bread crumbs
1 cup grated cheese

Cover bottom of 13x9 casserole dish with broccoli. Layer cooked turkey or chicken next, then the mushrooms, peas and water chestnuts.

Thoroughly mix together the soups, mayo, sherry, curry, salt and pepper. Spread over mixture already in casserole. Top with crushed crackers or bread crumbs, then the grated cheese.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
