Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Make sure the beef is very well done. Stir in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. When noodles are done, strain them and return them to the same pot. Add 1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta and the simmering sauce. Stir this combination until well mixed.
Transfer the combination into a casserole dish and sprinkle the additional cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 min depending on your oven.
