Shred the crab in small amounts by hand. It tastes better when it's thin and not in chunks.
Dice the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber and place in a bowl with the crab. Mix in the mayo and Italian dressing and add the pepper and salt and the lemon juice. Mix well together.
The dressing and the lemon juice along with the salt should be added to complement your taste. Place in the fridge for about 1/2 hour before serving with crackers or Mexican style tostadas.
