Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
Garlic, Greek seasoning & fajita seasoning - season to suit your taste
1 small onion, diced
1 can of diced tomatoes & green chiles
1 box of penne pasta
2 pkgs creamy chicken soup (powdered form)
1 cup Kraft Colby & Monterrey Jack Cheese

Brown ground beef (drain & rinse to remove fat/grease). Season, add diced onion, and diced tomatoes and green chiles.

Add 6 cups of hot water and penne pasta and bring to a boil for approximately 8 minutes.

Lower heat to medium and add both packages of creamy chicken soup. Stir well to mix powder. This will create a sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens. Sprinkle Kraft cheese on top of soup and serve hot.
