Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the first five ingredients in a gallon size zip lock plastic bag, and shake well to combine ingredients.
In a separate dish, mix the egg with the milk. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture. Place chicken in plastic bag with breading. Shake to coat chicken.
Place chicken in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
