1 box Stove Top Chicken (or pork) Flavored Stuffing (or 8 oz. homemade stuffing)
1-2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs work well also)
1/4 lb deli provolone, thin slice
1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth/stock
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's Make It
a. Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to box instructions. (I use the microwave instructions.)
b. Pound chicken breast to 1/2 inch thickness.
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay chicken out flat and layer a piece of provolone and approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of stuffing mix on the chicken. Roll chicken into a log and insert a toothpick to hold in place. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
2. Lay in baking dish next to each other. Pour chicken broth/stock over the chicken in the dish. Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper over chicken to taste, approximately 1 Tbsp. of each. Lay another piece of cheese over each piece of chicken on the outside.
