Saute onion in butter. Add whipping cream, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add shrimp & crab meat to sauce. Cook for 15 minutes longer.
Cut up Velveeta block & add to sauce, stirring occasionally not to stick. Cook until Velveeta is melted.
Mix cooked fettuccine noodles into sauce, mixing well to coat noodles. Pour into deep dish, top with Velveeta Slices.
Bake in oven at 300°F until slices are melted. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
